Three distinct states

  • Listed: sourced public business information is present.
  • Claimed: an authenticated representative controls the profile.
  • Verified: defined attributes were independently checked and remain within their review period.

What may be checked

Identity, phone, email, domain, business registration, address, insurance, training, certification, equipment evidence, service area, and recent-job evidence can each be separate verification events.

Audit and privacy

Each event records the check type, result, reviewer, evidence metadata, dates, notes, and audit history. Sensitive documents stay private; the public profile shows the attribute and review date, not the evidence itself.

Expiry and appeals

Verification can expire, lapse, or be revoked. Providers can submit updated evidence and appeal material disputes. Payment never substitutes for evidence.
